UPDATE ON COMMON CORE RALLY

Below is updated information on the rally to be held Tuesday, April 23rd in Tallahassee.  ALL COMCAST SUBSCRIBERS bounced when I sent the last newsletter on this subject.  I hope this will reach you, and apologize for the late notice on this issue!  If you think it will do any good, please contact Comcast and let them know that they are not delivering all of your emails - the notice says "mail block - spam detected".

Please do your homework on this subject!    Two weeks ago, the Republican National Committee unanimously adopted a resolution regarding this issue.  Go to: GOP Blasts...  and Resolution   to read more about this.  Another good website is Floridians....

Go to:  Stop...  for the updated information on the rally.  In the "What To Bring" section you can access a sample letter to bring to Tallahasee.

If you would like to carpool or caravan, please call 386-935-0821 or 386-688-9402.  I was in Tallahassee last week and the halls were full of SEIU members going door to door lobbying.  One of the issues that we heard  them ask about was  Medicaid Expansion.  They want our Legislature to take the federal money and expand the program!    As we were leaving there were two buses waiting to pick them up.  This was a wake-up call for me!  Our elected representatives are bombarded every day; I'm sure it becomes easier and easier to let the "squeaky wheel" get the grease!

The North Central Florida Tea Party is a group of citizens who are concerned about where our nation is heading. We are a grassroots, nonpartisan group opposed to wasteful deficit spending and infringement of our natural rights.
