Exclusive HVT Domestic Campaign Offer

Tourism Tropical North Queensland is excited to offer an exclusive membership opportunity to provide a special offer/deal for inclusion in our current domestic marketing campaign targeting the High-Value Traveler in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

All offers included will have exclusive exposure on the TTNQ consumer website for six weeks from the ‘go live’ date. After that our Retail Trade Partner offers will also be featured until the end of November. If your offer is selected the TTNQ website will display a URL link to your landing page.

A comprehensive digital media plan has been prepared including Social, Display, Video and Search, aimed at creating awareness and driving traffic to the "TTNQ Offers" landing page, displaying our member offers. 

We are looking for strong and compelling offers that will motivate visitors to book directly with you, the operator. All leads from our landing page will go directly to your landing page. We would also welcome packages that include a number of products. Your offer might include such incentives as:

• 25% off 
• Kids eat for free
• Buy 3, stay 4 
• Kids under ‘x’ travel for free

NB: Please note these examples are a guide only.

IMPORTANT

All member deals must be in addition to any offers you may currently have in-market or going into market with trade partners.

Terms and Conditions

1. TTNQ will have the final decision on all offers to be included, subject to the strength of the offer. 
2. Successful offers will be advised by 12 August.
3. Go Live date will either be the week commencing 31 August or 7 September 2019.
4. All accepted deals must have their own 'Special Offer' page on the operator’s website.
5. As a condition of inclusion in this campaign the operator agrees to share booking data/numbers.
6. Operators need to be a financial member of TTNQ for offers to be accepted.
