Get Cracking on Socials

Midsumma Festival kicks off in less than two weeks! Now is the time share your event on your social media to your followers.

The best way for us to see and share your content is by tagging Midsumma.

Attendance Numbers and Door Sales

Are you hosting a free event or selling tickets at the door? Make sure you keep a running tally of attendee numbers and/or door sales to send to us. This is a mandatory requirment, which all events commited to provide in their Event Agreement. We'll follow up after your event concludes to get your final attendance figures.

March with Midsumma at Pride March

The 25th Midsumma Pride March will be held in St Kilda, starting at 11am on Sunday 2 Feb 2020. We invite all artists and producers to join the Midsumma contingent at Midsumma Pride March. Our group will be the final group marching to close Pride March. Head HERE for more Pride March info.

Public Liability Insurance Certificate - due 10 Jan

Please send upload a copy of your Public Liability Insurance (PLI) certificate to Eventotron if you haven't already.  If your venue is covering your PLI, please obtain a copy of this and upload it. This is really important as it protects you, your venue and Midsumma Festival if an accident occurs to your audience.

Want to display your event's poster at Midsumma Carnival in our Info Booth and Box Office? This is a great way to get some extra marketing for your event. Simply drop off a maximum of 2 posters at the Midsumma Carnival Info Booth and we will display them on our poster boards.
