Dear readers and contributors,
Thank you for your continued support in 2018 as we have transformed Communicable Diseases Intelligence (CDI) into a modernised open access format that publishes articles as soon as they become available. The CDI team is committed to publishing quality peer reviewed articles in the shortest possible time and encourages you to continue to submit articles, or if you haven’t submitted before, make your first submission.
As we say goodbye to 2018, we also say goodbye to the Chair of the Editorial Advisory Board (EAB) Prof Peter McIntyre who has made a significant contribution to CDI over a number of years. With Peter’s departure, the EAB is looking for a new independent member and if this is something that interests you please refer to the advertisement on the CDI website.
The CDI team will continue to develop and enhance CDI wherever possible and we encourage you to provide feedback to assist us in maintaining a quality journal.
We hope you all have a happy and safe Christmas break.
Regards,
CDI Team
