ACCREDITATION TEAM COMES TO JUNO BEACH

As mentioned in our last newsletter, Accreditation is the certification by an independent reviewing authority that an entity has met specific requirements and prescribed standards.

Our Juno Beach Police Department will have a team of assessors from the Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation on site beginning December 6th, 2022 to examine all aspects of the agency’s policies and procedures, management, operations, and support services.

The Police Foundation is quite confident that the Department will do well... and we wish them the best in the coming week.

POLICE FOUNDATION BEGINS ITS ANNUAL CAMPAIGN

The annual fund raising campaign of the Juno Beach Police Foundation begins next week as letters go out to all homeowners asking for their support.

The Foundation, which was formed in 2018, provides funds for items that may not otherwise be available through the Town budget.

The Annual Campaign invites homeowners and business owners to continue their support, allowing the Foundation to pursue bold new innovations in community safety and policing.

Coffee with a Cop December 7, 2022

Coffee

Coffee With a Cop brings police officers and the community members they serve together – over coffee – to discuss issues and learn more about each other. No long speeches. No agenda. Just fun and casual conversations enjoyed by all.

Juno Beach does it every month and for December it's on Wednesday, December 7th at 9:30 AM on the Town Center patio.

Supporting organizations like the Juno Beach Civic Association and the Juno Beach Police Foundation are on hand to provide information about their services to the community. Fresh Coffee and Donuts provided by Dunkin’ Donuts will be served.
