Development Update
New development is underway at five sites, including the almost complete Imperial Doncaster (5 Sovereign Point Court), Pearl (1 Grosvenor Street), Magnolia (20 Hepburn Road), 88Tram (88 Tram Road) and Panorama (101 Tram Road).
A further three sites are selling units and preparing to commence construction:
• Gardenhill (5 Elgar Court)
• 8Hepburn (8 Hepburn Road)
• Nest at the Hill (642-654 Doncaster Road)

2014/15 Annual Report
The latest Annual Report on the Doncaster Hill Strategy will go to the Council meeting for endorsement on the 28 July. A copy of the report will be available to download on the Doncaster Hill website afterwards.
The Annual Report details achievements for the 2014/15 financial year, including:
• 596 new apartments
• 4,554m2 additional commercial space
• 15% of target open space delivered
• 86% of target social outcomes achieved

Promoting the Hill
Doncaster Hill featured in the Manningham Leader (10 July 2015 ). The article highlighted the improvement to visual amenity and potential of the proposed development at 682-686 Doncaster Road.
