THE Q1 QUARTERLY IMPACT REPORT IS HERE.

NEWS & NOTES

Thank you to those who took our Q1 survey. The results have been published in Replay, our new quarterly impact report. The report highlights the work the TMCOE has done, improvements we’ve made, and our impact within the TM Community.

Moving forward, we’d like Replay to also focus on transition management at Nike as a whole, and include stories from you and your teams. We’ll be collecting information for our Q2 report in November. In the mean time, you can download the Q1 report here.

ROCK THE VOTE

Of the 31 finalists in this year’s Global Maxim Awards, four projects included the work of dedicated transition management teams and resources from our community:

  • 0.2 Nike is a Company: Converse HQ Boston Relocation
  • 0.4 Simplify and Go: Sales 2.0
  • 0.5 The Consumer Decides: Nike.com
  • 0.6 Be a Sponge: Insidious CIS Training

Congratulations to the teams and all of the nominees. If you haven’t voted yet, please take a moment to do so. I know our teams would appreciate your support.

KICKING OFF OUR PILOT PROGRAM

Q2 for us is all about methodology. This month we kicked off the pilot program for our new TM framework and methodology. We've recruited eight projects to participate and provide their feedback over the next twelve weeks. Our goal is to rollout the new framework globally in Q3 & Q4.

BUILDING CHANGE CAPABILITY

Next week, the TMCOE is hosting a TM Community talent session attended by TM leadership. As an output of this meeting we'll be creating a TM Community Roster (a "Who's Who" in TM at Nike), identifying participants for this year's TM Mentorship Program, and uncovering areas to further build TM capabilities.

OUR PEOPLE ARE OUR #1 ASSET

Our Q1 focus was you, our community. We hope you feel like part of a more unified group and that we are connecting, educating and inspiring you. If not, let us know. You can drop me a line anytime. I want to make sure we are continuously improving as a COE and meeting your needs.
