Since the North Fulton Community Improvement District's (CID) inception 10 years ago, the board of directors has played an important role in guiding CID investments. RFQ Out for CID's Signature Landscaping The North Fulton CID is soliciting requests for statements of qualification for its landscaping maintenance needs. Over the past several years, the CID implemented landscaping overhauls at the four major gateway interchanges along Georgia 400. Now considering a consistent maintenance approach, the CID will partner with the City of Alpharetta on a new contract for interchange landscape services. CID Progresses on Northwinds Parkway Road Project Design is nearly complete and right-of-way acquisition is beginning for a new roadway in North Fulton. The Northwinds Parkway extension could run next to the planned Gwinnett Technical College site, just off Georgia 400 and Old Milton Parkway. CID Welcomes Tim Perry to Board of Directors, Thanks Don Howard for His ServiceAt its September board meeting, the North Fulton Community Improvement District (CID) elected Tim Perry of North American Properties to its board of directors. Former board member Don Howard was also recognized at the meeting for his contributions to the CID over the years. Current board member Keith Steinbrecher was selected as the CID treasurer. |
