We are excited to invite you to join us on a two-year journey to develop our vision for improving our bus network over the next 20 years. Metro Transit will identify opportunities to expand bus service, including improved local and express routes, new arterial bus rapid transit (BRT) lines and integrated shared mobility options.
Our first step in this process will be connecting with you to learn how we should be prioritizing improvements to develop a plan that best serves all customers. We need to hear from riders and stakeholders how you would like to see our bus network expand and improve.
Once we have received guidance from our stakeholders on what transit improvements to prioritize, we will begin to develop the bus network plan and ask for your feedback in 2020. The final plan will be completed by early 2021.
