Wells Fargo has requested that the Fidelity Family of underwriters inform our issuing agents that Wells Fargo’s Elder and Dependent Adult Financial Abuse Policy requires that third party service providers, whom interact with or review records of Wells Fargo customers, contact the appropriate Wells Fargo Engagement Manager as soon as reasonably possible to report any suspected financial abuse of elders and dependent adults that are Wells Fargo customers.  FNTG was also requested to inform you that Wells Fargo requests its third party service providers ensure that their current policies and procedures are updated to notify the Wells Fargo Engagement Manager of any suspected financial abuse. Finally, Wells Fargo requested that we inform you that the any such notices be directed to:
