GrowNYC

GrowNYC has been nominated for this award for its commitment and efforts in improving New York City’s quality of life through environmental programs that have transformed communities and empowered all New Yorkers to secure a healthy environment.
In partnership with CPC, GrowNYC has provided weekly meals and food distribution and monthly health education workshops to community members across the five boroughs since the pandemic began. 

GrowNYC empowers all New Yorkers to pursue a clean and healthy environment through environmental and food access programs that transform communities block by block. Serving 3 million people annually across the five boroughs, the nonprofit prioritizes services to areas that need it most, working to ensure that all city residents have the same access to fresh food, green space, and clean air.

CPC's Lunar New Year Virtual Benefit will be on 
March 10, 2022 at 6PM ET.

Together we will honor all the committed individuals and organizations who have worked tirelessly to build relief, recovery, and resilience for our communities as well as celebrate the Lunar New Year 4720, the Year of the Tiger together.
