Local Restrictions Support Grants
Trafford Council is now inviting applications from Altrincham based businesses which remained open when Trafford was placed in Tier 2 restrictions from the 1 August 2020 and were subject to local restrictions. More information about the Local Restrictions Support Grant (Open).
If your business is currently closed you may be able to qualify for a Local Restrictions Support Grant (Closed). You do not need to apply for more than one scheme; the Council is taking one application per business and will assess eligibility for grants covering the Open and Closed schemes. If you need any support or advice regarding grant applications, please contact us. We are here to help.

#ShopAlty #EatAlty
The BID produced two guides this month, #ShopAlty and #EatAlty to support the businesses who have been able to continue trading in lockdown including essential retailers, those offering an online or click and collect service and those open for takeaway. These were pushed out over social media, over 1,000 leaflets were delivered to local residential addresses and dedicated social media posts were done for many businesses. We are regularly updating this information so if you have changes, please let us know. The BID also launched the #SupportAlty campaign to encourage the community to shop local and support Altrincham's high street.
