Glastonbury starts today, at the tail end of Britain’s latest heatwave. Is this year’s hotter, less muddy festival a taste of things to come, once climate change really kicks in? Climate scientist Richard Betts has looked at how global warming will affect Glasto – and its mud – over the coming decades. He’s discussing his conclusions on stage at the festival tomorrow – but you can read them here first.
