At Therapeutic Associates we offer a Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Program that provides highly effective treatment for a variety of women’s health issues. Our comprehensive program is individualized for all ages and health considerations involving pregnancy, childbirth, trauma, and genetics.
Your Treatment Plan

Patient education on dietary changes, urge suppression, etc.

Lumbopelvic stabilization, pelvic floor muscle re-education

Comprehensive internal and external assessments

C-section/hysterectomy scar mobilizations

Individual exercise programs
A specific treatment plan and interventions will be determined per patient upon your initial evaluation.

Our Women's Health Specialist
Emily Rust PT, DPT received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago in biology and art history, then her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 2010. Emily is currently pursuing advanced training in manual therapy through the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT), and in women’s health and pelvic
floor rehabilitation. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and conditions, but has a particular passion in women’s health and sports rehabilitation.

ZUMBA Class - Come Join Us!

What is ZUMBA?
Zumba is a Latin dance-inspired fitness program that involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba incorporates movements such as squats and lunges along with salsa, samba, and merengue dance moves to acheive a full body workout.
