THINKSHOP TIPS

Group Poem

At the end of your next team gathering, hand out index cards and ask participants to write three lines about the content of the meeting.  A line can be a few words or a complete sentence.  Collect the cards, shuffle them and read them aloud as if you are reading a poem that makes sense.  This is a fun, energizing exercise that can reveal important themes from a discussion.
