We hope you enjoy the three-day weekend!  We have a big week coming up with tryouts and we are SO excited to get started!

• Reading: complete Out of My Mind; review problem-solving and vocabulary; Skill test on Tuesday, January 29
• Spelling: final stable syllable (-tion)  action, traction, suction, position mention, fraction, friction, diction, junction, question, vacation, education, auction, portion, direction, portion, correction, attention, solution, digestion
• Language: Continue Chapter 8 - Mixed Sentence Patterns; Test on Wednesday, Jan. 31
• Math: Begin Chapter 9: adding/subtracting fractions; speed drill on Friday, January 25 (dividing by 4)
• Science: Continue Chapter 9 on sound
• Social Studies: Chapter 17 Review; Test on Wednesday, January 23; in-class research project about Martin Luther King, Jr.

• February 19 - Discover Shiloh Dinner Event for prospective families from 6 - 7-30 pm in the Kids Theater
