Meet Suet Kuen, one of CPC's 80,000 community members!
CPC One will double the number of our affordable housing residences to serve more community members like Suet Keun.
Suet Kuen Chung is one of 185 residents at CPC's Hong Ning Housing and participates in our Resident Wellness Program. She has found a community that brings her fulfillment and that helps her with her essential needs like accessing medical benefits
She shares, "Staying at Hong Ning Housing is an absolute joy and it feels like being part of a close-knit family."
Along with Hong Ning Housing, CPC One will double the number of our affordable housing residences with an additional 208 units of affordable housing, 31 of which are for formerly unhoused New Yorkers. Our new permanent Manhattan home is a testament to CPC's commitment to serve all members of our community, especially those who are hard to reach.

About Hong Ning Housing and the Resident Wellness Program
Hong Ning Housing opened its doors in the 1980s and provides affordable housing residences for over 200 older adults in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
The Resident Wellness Program promotes the health and wellbeing of Hong Ning residents through case management, health workshops, English language classes, and community building activities for residents, their family members, and their home care workers.
About CPC One
Soon, CPC One will open. Our first-ever permanent Manhattan home will house our Manhattan Community Center across three floors, include over 200 units of affordable housing, and will serve as headquarters for our 50+ programs across New York City.
