Gate control issues
We continue to experience major issues with the gate control systems at both the front and back gates to Eagleton.
It is still unclear whether the problem is with our Comcast Internet connection, our online camera system, or the online gate access control software.
We are working very closely with each of these suppliers in an effort to narrow down, and then resolve the problem.
From a homeowner perspective, the problems mainly affect the issuance of NEW barcodes, but there are some issues regarding the logging in of visitors as well.
If you get a NEW barcode for your vehicle and it does not work, please notify our Championship Resident Services Manager, Ms. Danielle Simon, at (561) 625-8588.
Please do NOT contact the PGA POA (who issues the barcodes) as they will be unable to assist you.
We appreciate the patience and understanding of our homeowners as we work through this difficult situation.

Golf Carts and Low Speed Vehicles (LSV)
Once again, we remind homeowners that Golf Carts are NOT allowed on any of the roadways of PGA National... nor any streets in the City of Palm Beach Gardens.
Converted golf carts (referred to legally as Low Speed Vehicles or street legal golf cars), that are registered with the State of Florida and have all the required upgrades, including a Florida license plate, are allowed, and are required to follow all the "rules of the road" that all other motor vehicles follow.
Low Speed Vehicles/street legal golf carts are required to have seatbelts, a rear view mirror, headlights, taillights, turn signals, a VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), insurance... and a Florida State license plate, They can only be operated by a licensed driver.
No golf carts or Low Speed Vehicles/street legal golf carts are allowed to operate on any sidewalk.
Failure to observe any of the above is a State Statute Violation and is being actively enforced by the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department.
If you have questions regarding golf cart or LSV operations, please contact the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department Traffic Unit by calling (561) 799-4445.
Speak to them - before they speak to you with a summons book in hand.

St. Moritz Security - Update
We are now a month into having St. Moritz Security as our privacy provider - and your board could not be more pleased.
The transition on the night of June 30th went very smoothly thanks to the cooperation of the two vendors and both your PGA-POA Board of Governors and your Championship Board of Directors. As with any transition as complex as this one, there were bound to be a few hiccups - but each was handled very quickly and efficiently, and by the start of the first day-shift at 8:00 AM on July 1st, everything was in full and normal operations.
Your board is continuing to work with St. Moritz to add additional functions and efficiency and we will keep homeowners informed as we proceed.
Should you have any concerns, please contact our Resident Service Manager, Ms. Danielle Simon, at (561) 625-8588.

Landscape Updates
Your Championship Landscape Team continues to meet on a regular basis with Revival Landscape Services in an ongoing effort to keep the community looking fresh, modern, and up to date.
At the July Board meeting, the General Manager of Revival along with his senior foreman presented thoughts, ideas, and recommendations to the Board and they were well received by all.
Watch for some great plants, trees, and shrubs, updated sod replacements, and some vibrant new color to be added to the community.
