Good afternoon,
Linked below is the State Shipments for January 2019.
Here are a few key findings:
-
Total beer shipment volume grew by 1% in January, the second consecutive month of growth.
-
Calculated on a 12-month basis, U.S. beer shipment volume decreased by 0.6% -- the smallest decline since February 2017.
-
Some suppliers reported distributors building inventories on new products, such as hard seltzers, in January in anticipation of demand growth in the coming warmer months.
If you have any questions, please reach out.

Cheers,
Michael Uhrich
