We’re over this weather and will not let another week of snow showers get in the way of shopping for spring. To get the ball rolling, we've asked the owners and buyers of our favorite baby boutiques which new releases should be on our short list for warmer days ahead.
Jean Polsky, co-founder of Estella, says that spring is all about “soft cottons, bold prints, and fashion that is equal parts good looks and practicality.” To that end, she loves Emile et Ida's striped sunsuit ($52, pictured center), T-shirt ($34), and pants
($38) for effortless outfit mixing. She also pointed to Nununu's tutu dress ($56) and Bobo Choses striped dress ($69) as easy, stylish warm-weather solutions. The team at giggle is getting behind Mayoral’s fashion-forward spring looks, with thumbs up for their preppy cool knit cardigan
($48), Chino trouser ($36), and adorable Mary Janes ($22). Picnic Brooklyn is up for anything trimmed in pom poms, like this chevron dress by Masala Baby ($58); Babesta is betting on Munster Kids’ graphic board shorts
for boys (from $44, pictured right); and Little Edit is loving the “pretty, fun, and romantic” look of TuTu DeMonde’s Audrey Tutu party dress in pink ($159, pictured left).
