• Spelling - igh and y as i (light, night, sky, cry, fly)
• Heart Words - every, above, even, when
• Reading & Phonics - Read “The Dot” & “Artists Create Art”; Predict & Justify graphic tool
• Grammar & Writing - Complete sentences, practice labeling parts of speech; introduce Adverbs; write Squiggle stories & friendly letter
• Math - Subtraction facts; greater than/less than symbols; adding 3 two digit numbers, review
• Science/Social Studies - Recycling

• March 20-24 - Spring Break - No School
• March 31 - Morning with Mom followed by the Art Fair
• April 6 - Easter Chapel; more info to come
• April 7 - Good Friday; No School
• April 10-14 - Standardized Testing (please try not to make appointments for this week)
• April 21 - Field Trip to Air Museum in Fayetteville
• April 28 - Last day to earn points for AR medal
