do you modo?
After launching our new name and look, people keep telling us they see our cars everywhere. That’s great news for us and a big reason why we rebranded in the first place. Share in the Modo fun – snap a picture of yourself with a Modo car and email it to us, tweet it, or post it on our Facebook
page – and enter a draw for our popular ‘Share’ t-shirt as shown above (model not included). We’ll be posting all submissions on our website and Flickr. The winner we be announced in next month’s Multi-Modo.

distracted driving
It's been more than a year since the province changed the Motor Vehicle Act to crack down on distracted driving, which contributes to about 100 fatalities and 5,000 injuries on BC roads each year. Distraction occurs when using a cell phone - dialing numbers, texting - or even seemingly simple tasks like changing a CD or digging around in a bag.
The fine for using an electronic device without hands-free while driving is $167. Drivers may also face 3 Driver Penalty Points if caught emailing or texting behind the wheel. Modo members: stay safe!

green zebra
Many of our members have been sending in their 2011 Green Zebra coupons. Thank you for supporting the TB Vets Charitable Foundation.
We want to remind members that the credit applies to your next invoice as driving credit, not as payment for a previous invoice or for fines. Fines are charged and payable as per usual.
