Some of you are already aware that one of the things we have come up with is bite-sized virtual and interactive ‘Coffee Break’ sessions. Our sessions are a great excuse for taking a break while at the same time keeping the performance improvement agenda at the forefront of people’s minds. Sessions focus on tools and techniques to help you through the current situation and hopefully, better still prepare you for operating organisations beyond COVID-19. The next in our series will be held at 2.30 pm on Thursday 4th June and will be delivered by Doss Panneerselvam with support from John Golding. Sessions are available to everyone and anyone from our community of Leaders and Lean Practitioners. But if you know someone who you think would like to join us then feel free to share the details with them. Details Session 9– Does the requirement for resilience negate JIT practices?
