We would like to start introducing our staff to all of our customers so this month we start off with our newest sales Rep, Tigh.
Tigh has been part of the local Hot Rod scene for years, and worked in the Auto Glass industry for 15 years, helping many classic car builders along the way. All the custom chops need the right guy...and Tigh was just that. We first meet Tigh years ago as a customer of DVAP, doing the junk yard crawl. But it wasn't until we filmed "Desert Car Kings" that he stood out to me. See, Tigh has a 1960 Cadillac that was bought new here in Pheonix at Coulter Cadillac, and has been in his family ever since. What caught my eye was that Tigh has taken the paint down and drove his '60 Cad in bare metal. Let me tell you, that thing was so cool to see driving down the street. It still runs on its original drivetrain, with both motor and trans rebuilt byTigh. He also installed air bags, a 1960 Chevrolet Dash, customer made steering and '59 tail lights.
Tigh is also one of the founding members of Hell City Saints Car Club, that puts on one of the best local car shows every November. (You have probably seen the flyer in last month's newsletter).
Tigh has 3 young children with his Fiance, so between family, cars and work, Tigh is one busy guy. But there is always time for more cars. He also has a 53' Vic, 66' Ford Truck, as well as a 78' HD shovelhead.
