Wild World of Wool

When Franca Sozzani, the legendary Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Italia, makes her debut appearance in Australia outside of our glorious summer season, you know it's legit.

She's here this week and it's for a very special collaboration between The Woolmark Company and L’Uomo Vogue, World Wide Wool, which has just launched in Sydney.

This week long extravaganze celebrated Australia's most talented emerging designers (hand-picked by Franca) and featured a leading fashion retail event, with world-renown luxury fashion brands including Prada, Gucci, Tiffany & Co.

CommsCon-gratulations to….Us!

On Thursday 20th March, eight Klickstars frocked and rocked up to the annual 2014 Mumbrella CommsCon awards, the industry’s night of nights... But we weren’t just there for the cheeky PR jibes and bubbles.

Klick started the night with four nominations across three categories and walked away with the big one - PR Agency of the Year (midsize) and a Highly Commended for PR Employer of the Year.

To say we were chuffed would be an understatement, but that’s enough #humblebragging from us now. Thank you for your kind wishes and for making us who we are today. We heart you.

Puttin' on The Ritz!

There’s only one Klickstar born and bred in WA, but by 2018 comes along we hope the rest of us will be FIFO'ing (fly in, flying out) of Perth after the announcement of the return of The Ritz-Carlton which is set to open in 2018.

We don't just work with the The Ritz-Carlton brand, we love it. So after the announcement of it’s highly-anticipated return we can’t wait to bring it Down Under!

Durex urges Australians to #turnofftoturnon

This Earth Hour, Durex Australia will be calling on Australians to join a global initiative to turn off their technology to reconnect with their lover.

The message to turn off is a timely one, as new research by Durex has just exposed the impact of technology on Aussie love lives.

It’s a scary thought that one in ten Australians admitted that their partner has used social media while they were doing the deed. Equally concerning is the number of couples getting into arguments about tech use during conversations (59%).

Australians can join the conversation and share the message for a technology timeout, by sharing #TurnOffToTurnOn in the lead up to Earth Hour.

Five things we love about Florence

1. She is our original resident kiwi, but don’t let that fool you! This kiwi bird is well travelled, having lived in London and the Big Apple and finally finding her feet in Sydney - her home away from home.

2. She is a coeliac, but don’t be sad for her. Flo is the first one to bring in sweet treats for a celebration, whether its her famous home made fudge or shortbread for the team. Who needs bread?!

3. She may have an obsession with celebrity babies... cue North West and Prince George picture ogling ("Those cheeks!", she says)

4. She has a dangerous obsession for luxury hotels around the world, her faves being The Royal Hawaiian (her happy place), Saffire Freycinet and The Ritz Carlton Reserve Phulay Bay. Lucky she gets to work in travel then….

5. She is Klick’s first ever employee…our FEE!  Flo has been with Klick since day dot and has proudly watched Klick go from strength to strength.
