We have had a great week back at school!  This time of year is so fun and festive!

• Bible: Samuel Listens to God
• Verse: Samuel replied, “Don’t be afraid. Even though you have committed all this evil, don’t turn away from following the Lord. Instead, worship the Lord with all your heart.” 1 Samuel 12:20
• Reading: Finish reading The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe
• Spelling: Latin Root: mob/mot “to move”; Prefix: pro “forward, for, positive” Ex. mobile, promote, emotions
• Language: Continue Chapter 7; direct objects, verb-transitive; Pattern 2; regular/irregular verbs; helping verb tenses
• Math: General review; measures & fractions
• Science: Finish Chapter 8, Chapter 8 Test Wednesday 12/9 Begin Chapter 4: Heat
• Social Studies: begin Chapter 16:  The Rise of Counterculture, President Johnson

• December 8 - All School Christmas Chapel - 6:30 p.m. in the Worship Center
• December 11 - Bring $1 for Baptist Global Relief for Crazy Hat Day.  Money will go toward our goal of buying 5 goats!
• December 18 - Class parties @ 12:15 (Unfortunately due to the current circumstances, parents are not allowed to attend.)
• December 19-January 3 - CHRISTMAS BREAK

Now through December 17th, businesses and organizations all over Northwest Arkansas will be participating in NWA Best of the Best. Shiloh has been blessed to win the NWA Best of the Best Private School for the last six years, and we hope to win it again!
