Phonics/Reading: Letter and the soft sound of Uu as in “umbrella”
Math: Number 11
Unit: Animals in Winter - Hibernation/Migration/Adaptation
Show and Tell: Bring something that begins with the soft sound /u/, or has the soft sound in the word, such as rug or bug.

January 21 - No School - Martin Luther King Jr. Day
January 22 - 100th Day of School. Students may dress like they are 100 years old!
February 7 - SHILOH CONNECT for Shiloh families from 8-9am followed by 1st Grade Little Dribblers & PH Jigglers at 9:15 am in SEC Gym
February 14 - Valentine’s Day parties at 2:45 pm
February 18 - No School - Presidents’ Day
February 19 - Discover Shiloh Dinner Event for prospective families from 6 - 7-30 pm in the Kids Theater
