Welcome to the Launch Issue of the Event Planet eNews.

We would like to take the opportunity to share and showcase some of our recent event productions. From creating small and intimate occasions for 20 guests to building large nationwide celebrations for over 2,000 guests, Event Planet has been busy designing and delivering to our valued clients.

Our scope of services has grown from special events, product launches and conferences to a wider range of event types including exhibitions, tradeshows, family days, team-building and incentive programs.

A Special Supper - STC Prop Loft

A special and intimate dinner for valued clients of one of Australia’s leading banks was held recently in Sydney.

Attended by Sydney Theatre Company’s key members including Artistic Director Andrew Upton and former Artistic Director Robin Nevin and a special attendance by famous American actor William Hurt made for an unforgettable and memorable evening.

Guests were treated to a gourmet 3 course meal and fine wines all the while visually entertained by the cascading and eclectic installations specially assembled for this dinner.
Australiawide Mid Year Celebrations

5 parties.
5 different states.
2,200 guests.
1 MASSIVE night.

A mid-year celebration of all the hard work by all of the staff of one of Australia's largest telecommunications companies was a night to remember.

Taking over exclusive use of the hottest venues in each State, the guests partied and danced all night. Linking the parties with time-stamped photography and custom-made party entry passes, the interactivity and live music added to a highly successful event.
Form & Function For Exhibition Stand

 A state-of-the-art exhibition stand was successfully created for RetailWorld in Melbourne. It incorporated an excellent balance of form and function.

The client was imperssed with the attention that the stand achieved. The end result was an attractive display with effective utilization of space. The client's return on investment will be leveraged further as the stand will be employed in further shows around Australia this year.

An all round success.

 
Something Special - Polo In The City

In some more exciting news, Event Planet is delighted to be formally appointed a Event Producer for the Paspaley Polo in the City around Australia.

Quoted as being “the new racing” (Amy Cooper, The Sun Herald) Polo in the City, brings the historic sport of polo to the Australian cities, attracting guests from corporate Austrealia and the social set.
