CSI-DMC opens Texas Office

CSI, the leading, fully accredited destination and event management company founded in Washington, DC in 1987 (as Capitol Services, Inc.) has expanded its reach to Texas. With CSI offices already in Orlando, Miami, Key West and the U.S. Virgin Islands, CSI is the destination and event management company clients trust to craft and deliver exceptional experiences, every time.  

The opening of the Texas office, headquartered in Dallas, was an evolutionary decision based on the volume of clients looking to work with CSI in this destination.

Matthew W. Massengale, DMCP, CMP, joins CSI-Texas as Director of Sales/General Manager. In this role, Massengale oversees the sales department functions and the day to day operation of the Texas office. His responsibilities include the sales and marketing of the destination, event and meeting management services for clients in Texas, the U.S. and around the world.

Massengale brings over 20 years of experience in the meeting and event industry to CSI. He is a highly motivated professional with a passion for excellence and extensive domestic and international experience. He is a dynamic team leader with brilliant collaborative and interpersonal skills and brings exceptional written and communication abilities. An inspired creative thinker with vast experience in all aspects of destination, event and meeting, sales, development, logistics, negotiation, marketing and management.
