A prestigious Jury rewards the Graduate Collections
Meet the Winners on Tuesday 15 December !
How might we present our BA and MA graduates’ collections in the current context? How might we help young designers get off the ground in the current crisis situation? HEAD’s annual fashion show will not be taking place... Nevertheless, we have decided to set up an important platform – a new website, a film, awards – to promote in the best possible way the fantastic work of our BA and MA graduates despite the pandemic. We have decided to maintain the organisation of an international jury to award prizes – usually designated on the occasion of the DEFILE HEAD.
New Partners
We are pleased to announce that our partners have followed us in this crazy adventure. We are grateful to Bongénie Grieder, Chloé and Richemont, La Redoute, Who's Next and Premiere Classe fairs, and our media partners Le Temps, Léman Bleu, Novembre, Temple Magazine, Go Out! We are also proud to announce that others have joined us too. We are thus happy to disclose the arrival of two new partners:
Firmenich, the world’s largest privately-owned fragrance and flavour company, has joined HEAD’s fashion endeavour and will present the 2020 Prix Master Firmenich. The Geneva-based company, founded in 1895, a creator of perfumes, aromas and raw materials, and supplier to the world’s leading brands, will hand out the 2020 Master Firmenich Award, worth CHF 10,000, and will offer the winner the opportunity to create a perfume to accompany his or her collection.
Eyes on Talents, the international digital platform that aims to bring together innovative brands and young creative talent, will hand out the 2020 Prix HEAD x Eyes on Talents to the collection that has shown the greatest awareness of sustainability.
A prestigious Jury
The 250 or so models will not be parading through the Cube this year. The outfits, created during the health crisis, will nevertheless be presented to an international jury that will meet online to select the most outstanding collections. This year’s jury will be chaired by Christelle Kocher, Head of KOCHÉ, a company recognised for its values linked to diversity and inclusiveness, and Creative Director of Maison Lemarié, Chanel Métiers d'art.

Prix Bachelor Bongénie 2020 – CHF 5,000
Prix HEAD x La Redoute 2020 – creation and marketing of a capsule collection on La Redoute’s platforms
Prix HEAD x Eyes on Talents 2020 – rewards the collection with the strongest focus on sustainability – mentoring programme and special visibility on the platform and on all EoT communication materials.
Prix HEAD x Who's Next 2020 – rewards the winner with a space in one of the famous Parisian fairs.
Prize announcement on 15th December
See you on Tuesday 15th December for the Prize-Giving Ceremony and an online roundtable “MODE CONVERSATION” with Christelle Kocher, President of the Jury, and the 2020 Prize winners who will be revealed on this occasion.
It will take a little patience to discover all the BACHELOR and MASTER collections which will be unveiled at the beginning of next year through a new internet platform presenting HEAD's fashion world. We will discover a film of the collections, the graduates' portfolios, interviews of the international speakers who instilled their vision in the Fashion Department and many other surprises!
