Jason Palin in Belfort du Quercy

We celebrated the Olympics in Belfort du Quercy with British gourmet chef Jason Palin. Luckily for us Jason was inspired by our beautiful scenery and has delighted our visitors with new recipes, guided by his admiration of our local three Michelin Star French Chef:  Michel Guerard.  Cooking exclusively with our local produce, Jason created light, aromatic, simply delicious dishes.

In London with D Vine Wine

You can now buy our wines in the new D Vine Wine shop in North Clapham, fully equiped with Enomatic tasting machines. D Vine Wine only supply wines from organic, bio- dynamic and sustainable vineyards.

Somewhere over the rainbow

Our vines lie at the foot of the rainbow, a special omen for our 2012 harvest to come. The 15th of August was our first and last rainy day in weeks, a welcome drink for our thirsty vines.

This year's heat wave is a big change compared to last August with temperatures regularly hitting 40 degrees. We hope it doesn't last much longer.  Needless to say the weather forecast is the winemakers favorite show.
