Just because we all have keyboards and high-speed Internet connections doesn't give us the right to act like assholes.
Yes, the Internet has created instant gratification expectations, but why do some unhappy consumers skip the proper customer service channels to raise an issue and instead choose to publicly flame you on your Facebook Wall?
Don't get us wrong, negative feedback can be just the kick in the pants your business needs to improve an aspect of its operation, but at least allow for a response before you go postal.
Just know, when someone is leaving a digital trail of spam, you have every right to remove their negative banter.
Don't get too worked up. For every jerk that wants to piss on your parade, there are thousands of other customers out there waiting to engage in a real conversation.
