Calling all young artists and designers! The Jack Petchey Foundation is taking part in this year’s Lord Mayor's Show on Saturday 10th November. One of our two floats will be an open top double-decker bus... and we want YOU to help us design the artwork which covers it!

This could be the biggest blank canvas you'll ever work on!

Panathlon: 32 London boroughs, 100 schools & 200 Young Leaders!

Panathlon has lots to celebrate in its eighth year of partnership with the Jack Petchey Foundation! Among the highlights of 2012 so far is a pilot project which trains secondary school students to become "Young Leaders". Look out for them in their pink t-shirts at the London and Essex finals this month. They have been doing a fantastic job!

When 36 students walked into their "Speak Out" Challenge! workshop a year ago, little did they know what it would lead to... From a visit to the House of Lords to the prospect of gaining a university place at Cambridge's Corpus Christi college, the public speaking programme has opened doors our regional champions couldn't have dreamed of!

Summer Thompson!

Meet Summer, who won her Achievement Award from Northbrook Kyu Shin Kai Judo Club in Bromley. You don't want to mess with this young lady! At 12 years old, she not only competes regularly but has also qualified as a junior referee. In her words, "the award shows that anyone can achieve good things".
