Click here Barnard College Update - Monday, Dec. 19, 2016Dear Claremont resident: As I’m sure you’re aware, the crane remains parked along Claremont Avenue and we thank you for your continued patience. We expect the crane to remain in the street until at least tomorrow as the construction team works with the City’s Department of Buildings on an amended operations plan. We are also hoping that we will be able to create greater flexibility in future wind events to bring the crane down onsite and minimize the impact to Claremont Avenue. As always, the safety of our communities is of utmost important to Barnard and its construction team. We will continue to update you at least once a day and hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. As we mentioned in Friday’s email, we have arranged for limited access to Claremont so that deliveries and pick-ups can continue while the street is closed. Here are the specifics:
