Kindergarten eNews

Our farm unit has been fun and informative.  We are blessed to live in this part of the country where we can enjoy it as well as small city life.  We will continue to talk about the farm next week.

Next Week

  • Show and Tell:  Bring a product of the farm that is grown (fruit, vegetable, etc.) or raised (animal).  Be prepared to tell us something that you learned about it.
  • Bible:  We are getting into the stories of Isaac in the Bible.
  • Bible verse:  Eph. 6:1 “Children obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.”
  • Reading:  We are moving on into the alphabet to the consonants Tt and Ll.  We will be putting them together with the 5 vowels we have learned to make a blend.  Soon we will be reading words with 3 letters!
  • Math:  We will be learning how to write the numbers 8-10.  We are comparing, counting and matching as well.
