April Photo of the Month
Comes from Ota Hevler. It was shot near Svolvaer, Lofoten, Norway. Here's what Ota has to say about it:
"I took this picture on the first morning in Lofoten. I was extremely tired after driving the whole night, but in the same time I was so excited about being there that I did not pay any attention to the fact that I had almost no sleep for 24 hours. When the sun reveals the ever-present mountains, which rise straight from the sea I felt like I was in paradise, at least from the landscape photographer perspective. My wife would of course tell you something completely different. At that morning I did not know what other beautiful places we are about to see during our stay in Lofoten, and of course I did not know that only in few hours time I will see (what I was hoping for the whole life) The northern lights. This place is just amazing so I am already planning to go back!!!"
