New child care centre building incorporating:-

This project comprised the construction of a new Children’s Centre along with an extensive refurbishment of four existing buildings including an administration upgrade.
The new Children’s Centre provides modern indoor and outdoor activity areas, consulting rooms, offices and two community spaces along with a car park facility.

Secon provided Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulic, and ESD services including a DALI lighting control system.

Secon provided Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulic, Fire and ESD Services including upgrade of existing site infrastructure, power and telecommunications reticulation, internal, external and carpark lighting, structured cabling with fibre backbones, voice over IP telephone and school bell system connected to Flinders Park site via a 1.2km fibre cable, security system, MATV, boosted fire hydrant system, sanitary plumbing, hot and cold water reticulation, natural gas reticulation, air conditioning with heat recovery and toilet exhaust systems.
