As part of the Enhance Project, these roles will support the translation of existing face to face and blended learning course content into the online learning environment, across all disciplines, including all degrees in Cornwall. Lord Chancellor could face judicial review over immigration fee change The Law Gazette- Monidipa Fouzder This is a change to £627 fixed fee, from the existing £227. However to law firms are keen to point out the appellant skeleton arguments are to be prepared earlier and the fee does not reflect the complexities of the immigration fee structure. Home Office warned to not let Covid-19 affect pre-charge bail reform The Law Gazette- Monidipa Fouzder Law Society urges to continue work on reforming legislation that leaves thousands of suspects in legal limbo. Currently there are no time limits for release under investigation (RUI).
