Click here CPC Celebrates the Grand Opening of CPC OneChinese-American Planning Council (CPC) celebrated a significant milestone today with the grand opening of CPC One, a new intergenerational mixed-use development at 45 Suffolk Street in the Lower East Side. This is a collaboration between CPC and Gotham Organization to design a community-centric development from the ground up. The new building houses CPC’s Manhattan Community Center across three floors, includes over 200 units of affordable housing, and serves as the headquarters for over 50 programs across New York City. In addition, this project includes the cultural heritage center of the Beth Hamedrash Hagodol Synagogue, one of New York City’s oldest synagogues which was destroyed by a fire in 2017. Thank you to elected officials, leaders, partners, and sponsors, including our Mission Partner, The Ong Family Foundation, who joined us for our ribbon-cutting ceremony this morning. CPC One means that we are one team, one organization, and one community, and we look forward to welcoming more community members to our new building! Here Are Some Highlights of the Day:
