About Your Presenter

Nicky Jurd is a fun and lively presenter who is best known for her plain English approach to technology. She has extensive experience with delivering technical workshops, especially in the areas of social media, search engine optimisation and websites.

In 2012 she was invited by Facebook to speak at their inaugural Facebook for Small Business Marketing Conference, and has learned many tricks for improving Facebook pages.

She usually drinks a doppio ristretto, but is currently having a lusty affair with new age coffee brewing methods.
