From Beverly to Bellevue - Erika Jayne Comes to Sydney

In mid-June the realest Housewife on the block, Erika Girardi, touched down in Sydney to talk all things hayu and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

With her glam squad in tow, Erika brought some sparkle to town on a whirlwind press tour run by the Klick team. The tour saw her meet with over 20 Aussie media and influencers over a three day period.

The highlight of the tour was a luxury yacht charter around Sydney Harbour where VIP guests were treated to flowing champagne, canapés and some killer selfie moments.

Uluruling the Skies

Vegemite, Skippy, Quokka...

These are a few of the ‘Aussie Icons’ suggested to be named as one of Qantas’ eight new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner planes. The Dreamliners will fly new routes, including flights from Perth to London and Melbourne to Los Angeles.

Qantas received over 60,000 suggested names for the new aircrafts and presented a shortlist of 24 names for the Australian public to vote for the winners.

Klick got behind Uluru and urged the public to hop on board and help the idea take off! To gain public support we developed a range of content. Take a look at this short animation to see some of our work.

End result? Uluru will be taking flight later this year! Along with other winning names Great Barrier Reef, Boomerang, Skippy, Waltzing Matilda, Quokka, Dreamtime and Great Southern Land.

VIVID Dining with Kerrie Hess

To celebrate VIVID, The Langham Sydney put on a culinary and culturally immersive dining experience with internationally acclaimed artist Kerrie Hess.

In a one-night residency, Kerrie lit up the room to create one of her signature fashion illustrations whilst guests dined on a two-course menu devised by Dave Whitting.

Throughout the course of the dinner, guests were immersed in ambient lighting, moving to reflect each dish presented on the menu from coral blue through to vibrant orange and pastel pink.

To complete the dining experience, The Langham Sydney’s newly appointed Executive Pastry Chef, Prashanth Krishnan created a decadent dessert table laden with sweet delights reflective of Kerrie’s illustrative style.
