Prizes Are Still Waiting for You

There is still time to fill out the annual customer survey.

All survey participants have a chance to win a $100 American Express gift card, as well as other assorted prizes.

This survey helps us ensure we continue to provide the highest quality service and to improve our products.

BEGIN CUSTOMER SURVEY

Have you ever had to correct filings after the quarterly invoices have been issued? Have you filed duplicate transactions before?

The Transaction Report available in SLIP will help!

From the SLIP Home Page, go to Reports > Generate Reports, and select Transaction from the drop-down menu.

This report will give you a listing of all transactions filed for the specified time frame so you can review everything that has been submitted. Running this report before the end of the quarter will allow you to catch incorrect filings and correct them before the quarterly tax, fee, and assessment invoice(s) are generated.

There are a variety of sorting and formatting options for running the Transaction Report:

  • Sort by submit date or effective date;
  • Group by agency, billing contact, agent, or insurer; and
  • Choose PDF, Excel, CSV, or a detailed CSV which contains additional data fields.

Second quarter invoices will be issued on Monday, July 2, 2018. Make sure to check your filings before the close of the quarter!
