From the Regions Latest news and updates coming from our regional offices: SA: EMEA: APAC: Strata Update The Urbanise strata team continues to experience strong growth in our key markets, especially Australia and South Africa. The strata platform is now used to manage over 250,000 units globally. This represents a potential marketplace of over 750,000 owners and tenants. The two key strata projects, King Price in South Africa and PICA in Australia, are both on track and already represent an additional contracted pipeline of 270,000 units. This is expected to grow as new strata solutions are released to the market this year, including our new management platform, customer mobile app and strata e-services. Partner ProgramThe Urbanise Partner Program was devised to support the sale and implementation of Urbanise software and hardware on a global basis, enabling us to scale faster. The Program is gaining momentum and we now have one master partner (GIP Global) and a series of sub partners under the GIP family/brand. UEM Edgenta are implementing the Community Management Platform in the Medini township, and greater Iskandar region in Malaysia and are executing other opportunities in several residential and commercial sites across SE Asia. Holdco represent Urbanise in Kuwait and are opening up Urbanise
