Jessica Dorrington PT, MPT OCS, CMPT, CSCS

Jessica is the director of Therapeutic Associates Bethany Physical Therapy. She has a strong background in treating all orthopedic conditions and an advanced certification in manual therapy. She mentors therapists on a weekly basis to create a learning environment and specializes in all pelvic floor conditions for men, women, and children. She has advanced training in imaging of your “core muscles” to keep your back pain away and getting your body back after baby. She was a competitive runner and continues to be an avid runner for health and has training in running mechanics and bike fitting. She has done numerous presentations for the medical community in past years.
Caitlin Rice PT, DPT, CLT

Caitlin brings both orthopedic knowledge and her background in yoga for a diverse perspective. She has been working intricately with yoga instructors and has a passion for breast cancer, transgender and perinatal care. Caitlin loves to hit the waters with her surf board on the Oregon Coast. You can look forward to hearing from her as she chimes in with her perspectives on pilates and yoga as she has a breath of knowledge on these two topics.
Rebecca Franceschi PT, DPT

Rebecca brings her orthopedic knowledge and pelvic floor training to a great perspective on all conditions. She will bring us advise on her passions of pre-peri-post natal care and pediatric pelvic floor conditions like bedwetting and constipation.
Kyle has been focusing on our sports care and getting our patients back in the game. He has advanced training in bike fitting and running analysis. Weekend warriors and athletes of all styles, look forward to hearing from him.
Jason will focus in our blogs on his depth of knowledge of sportsmetrics and injury prevention in junior high and high school athletics, in addition to his orthopedic knowledge and wisdom with common injuries.
Michael Dorrington PT, DPT, OCS, TPI CGFI

Michael has extensive clinical practice in the field and will share clinical pearls on common musculoskeletal injuries. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist from the American Physical Therapy Association and is a Certified Medical Professional Level 2 and Certified Golf Fitness Instructor from the Titleist Performance Institute. His knowledge will help your golf game and get you back in the game after any musculoskeletal injury.
Rachel is a yoga instructor who will bring her musculoskeletal and biomechanical understanding together with the yoga world to give fresh perspectives on each yoga pose.
Lisa is a health coach that will tie in stress management, healthy living tips, nutritional tips, and overall health and wellbeing education to help us each live a bit healthier every day and make small advances towards our goals daily for a big impact.
Jim Yost MS, ACSM, CPT, USAT, Level 1

Jim will shed light for us on common training mistakes, ways to keep committed to a training program, and weight loss and strengthening programs.
Lisa will give us a look at massage benefits from multiple angles including craniosacral therapy and myofascial release techniques for long standing benefits and how they complement the things you are doing for your body each and every day.
Vicky is our deep tissue sports massage specialist. She will give us ideas on how to do self-trigger point techniques, self-massage and the optimal timing for massage treatments.
