Bible - The story of Jesus’ Birth
Verse - Isaiah 9:6, "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." (We will practice this verse for 2 weeks)
Reading - Essential Question: What changes do the different seasons cause?

November 19: Class Costume Wars -1st & 2nd grade will dress up as NERDS and compete with other grades for best costumes
November 20: Spirit Dress
November 21-23: Thanksgiving Break - No School
December 4: All School Christmas Chapel @ 9:15 in the Worship Center
December 11: PJ Day-Bring $1 and wear your pj’s
December 5: Class Pictures
December 18: Christmas parties from 12:15-1:00; Early Dismissal at 1:00
