Liberty First Network to give Legislative Update at January 8th Meeting

Join us at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 8th to begin the New Year with an update of what is happening in the State Legislature.  John Hallman of Liberty First Network will give us an update on what the Florida Legislature will be working on during the upcoming session and what we need to be aware of.

Liberty First does a wonderful job of keeping up with Tallahassee and informing us on the areas we need to be concerned about.  Our group supports them each month because it is impossible for us to keep up with what is going on without their help.  Read more about them at:  http://libertyfirstfl.org/

We meet at the Taylor Building, 128 SW Birley Road, Lake City, FL.  Please invite your family and friends and let's make an effort to start this year off with renewed purpose to restore our country back to its intended foundation!

Concerned Veterans for America Phone Banking

We have been making phone calls once a month on the issues that CVA is working on at that time; CVA is running an ad in the American Patriot News which is really helping with the printing costs.  Ed Foster has agreed to take over the Phone Banking for the next few months.  It is done on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the downtown Columbia County Library.  Chick-Fil-A is served at 5:30 and the phone banking begins at 6:00  If you would like to help out with this, please call Ed at 386-288-1688.  Many thanks to Ed for taking this on!!
