Innes v RailCorp: decision on disability complaint

The Federal Magistrates Court will deliver its decision in Innes v RailCorp on 1 February at 9.30am.

The Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC) is representing Mr Graeme Innes, who is blind.

Mr Innes is suing RailCorp, claiming its failure to provide audible announcements in trains and at train stations breaches Federal Disability Discrimination law.

Mr Innes will deliver a statement outside the court after the decision is handed down.
