About the Challenge
PSP’s Weight Loss Challenge can give you the tools to achieve your weight loss goals in 2015. Our 12 week program is designed to take your body through challenging and functional workouts to reach your weight loss objectives. Join other motivated individuals in a fun and safe weight loss program. Prizes will be awarded to participants who achieve above and beyond a 5% loss of their body weight. The grand prize will be awarded after the competition to the participant who keeps the greatest percentage of weight off 3 months after the competition.
Dates & Times
PSP’s Weight Loss Challenge will offer a variety of times to fit your busy schedule:
Mon, Wed, Fri -- 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Tue, Thu -- 12:15pm - 1:15pm
Tue, Thu -- 5:00pm - 6:00pm
$500 -- 12 week program starting Monday, Feb. 9th, and ending Friday, May 1st.
$200 -- Buy-in for individuals with a PSP Adult Cross Training Membership.
Unlimited access to classes during your Weight Loss Challenge
Monthly Body Fat, BMI, and Resting Metabolic Rate calculations
Nutritional Handout/ Workout Log
