It is pleasing then to see Gartner's analysis of just where AI investment is delivering bang for buck. And, at least in e-commerce, that bang has been shown to be considerable. Turns out, prompting online buyers with 'people who bought that, also bought this' triggers an emotional response that translates to sales.
