Why not celebrate what you do in your workplace to value mental health by hosting an event during Queensland Mental Health Week? With most of us spending a lot of our time at work, creating a happy and healthy workplace is incredibly important. Holding a morning tea, lunch, or a get-together outside of work hours where employees can have a chat, a laugh, and open up about their mental wellbeing at work is a great step towards a happier workplace. Make a commitmentFor Queensland Mental Health Week 2018, we are focusing on the six steps to value mental health. We will be focusing on one of the steps each week in the six weeks leading up to QMHW itself. We'll be starting this on the 27th of August, dedicating a week to our first step, 'Be Active'. As part of our campaign, we've created some commitment cards to go along with each of the six steps. Download your cards below and make a commitment to yourself and others by taking a photo holding the card. Our first week is dedicated to being active. Inspire others with photos of you being active!
